This policy explains what information SKAWKS LLC ("SKAWKS", "we", "us") collects through our games, including A Nomad's Duality: Ashbound, and our website skawks.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at info@skawks.com.
Information we collect
- Game progress and settings. Saved on your device so you can continue playing. If you use cloud saves, they're stored through your Apple or Google account.
- Gameplay analytics. If you agree, we collect anonymous information about how the game is played, such as levels reached, deaths, time played, settings and in-game store activity. We use it to balance and improve the game. It isn't linked to your name.
- Purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive a record of what was bought so we can deliver it and restore it. We never see or store your payment card details.
- Device and crash information. Device model, operating system, app version and crash or performance reports, so we can fix problems.
- Advertising. If a game offers optional rewarded ads, the ad provider may collect device information such as an advertising identifier to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it, we ask for your permission first.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and message to respond.
We don't ask for your name, home address or phone number to play, and we don't sell your personal information.
How we use information
- To run the game, save your progress and deliver purchases.
- To fix bugs, balance difficulty and improve the game.
- To respond to support requests.
- To prevent cheating and fraud, and to meet legal obligations.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate our games, such as Apple and Google for app distribution and payments, a purchase verification service, an analytics service, and, if ads are offered, an advertising network. They may only use information to provide their services to us and are bound by their own privacy policies. We'll list the specific providers here before our games launch.
Children
Our games are intended for players 17 and older and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
How long we keep information
We keep analytics and support information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the game.
Your choices and rights
- You can turn off analytics in the game's settings, and turn off ad personalization in your device's settings.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete information connected to you by emailing info@skawks.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let players know in the game.
