These terms apply to games published by SKAWKS LLC ("SKAWKS", "we", "us"), including A Nomad's Duality: Ashbound, and to skawks.com. By playing our games or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you got the game from the App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply.
License to play
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to install and play our games for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute our games, or use cheats, hacks or exploits.
In-game items and currency
Games may offer virtual items and currency, earned in play or bought with real money. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you rather than sold. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their policies. We may change, balance or retire in-game items as games are updated.
Age
Our games contain mature themes and are intended for players 17 and older.
Ownership
Our games, characters, story, art, music, code and trademarks belong to SKAWKS LLC or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers them to you.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering a game or feature at any time. We'll try to give notice of major changes.
Disclaimer
Our games and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, SKAWKS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above, and continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
